27-year expertise in the development and management of engineering projects, including the professional and scientific writing, the design and supervision of building and infrastructure works.

Strong performance in strategic planning, procurement and contract management, using agile methodologies in the processes.

Experience in transportation planning, optimization in transportation networks, technical-economic feasibility studies, besides solid knowledge in the areas of Transportation Infrastructure and Logistics.

International experiences: as a visiting researcher at a US Army research center; as a graduate student in Spain; and as a member of official missions in the United Kingdom, Germany, Suriname and Haiti.
